The South North Central London (NCL) Woman’s Health Hub (WHH)

Since the concept of a Woman’s Health Hub was formed in 2023 as part of the Women’s Health Strategy for England, the service has rapidly developed in the South of the North Central London footprint and was implemented in August 2024.

Who is providing this service?

The Women’s Health Hub model for Haringey and Islington patients was established through partnership working between the “Gynecology Collaborative”, the local community gynecology service, and local sexual health and family planning provider, CNWL.

Where is it?

In August 2024 the 2 services co-located at the Archway Centre near Upper Holloway Train Station. Its purpose is to bring together existing services to provide an integrated health service for women in the community and to support the reduction of hospital waiting times.

What is the Woman’s Health Hub?

The aim of the South NCL WHH is to deliver care closer to home, improve patient experience and improve health outcomes for the local population. The South NCL WHH also works closely with its local hospitals to help reduce their outpatient waiting lists.
